Presidential prompters are exactly what you might think they are – what the President of the United States uses to address people, sometimes from the oval office. The presidential prompter helps a presenter maintain eye contact with the audience, no matter the size of the audience. The clear glass of the presidential prompter allows the audience to see the presenter’s face, emotions and body language as the glass is clear and does not hide the presenter.

A typical presidential or political prompter set up will include (2) paddles/glass, high bright monitors, poles, and black dog houses. Tinted glass is available, if needed. And additional presidential systems for multiple podium set ups are available. And upon request, a robotic system to easily move the height of the presidential glass up and down for multiple speakers.

Colorado Prompter will provide a main and back up laptop with teleprompter software. Edits can be made on site and during rehearsals or loaded at the last minute if that is what needs to happen! VGA, HDMI and SDSI outputs can be provided. The political prompter can also be linked to downstage monitors too. OR a script can be run directly to only the downstagemonitors and/or back of room monitors, if needed.

Additionally, Colorado Prompter can also provide simple graphics support and run Powerpoint or Keynote presentations to downstage monitors if a scripted teleprompted presentation is not needed. Scripted notes can also be delivered through Powerpoint or Keynote if a presenter prefers to read their notes this way. Colorado Prompter can build these notes for presenters.
 

And finally, Colorado Prompter can prompt virtually, if needed! Via Zoom, or whatever your platform is, through a dedicated uninterrupted webpage like OBS Ninja to whoever needs to see a prompted script!
